Used Spyban - I Need to restore reg. files (W2K)

Unfortunately I used Spyban. After removing what it identified as spyware, I can not get my task bar, Start Menu nor the desktop icons back. I have the backed up reg files from the Spyban session, they are:

amcompat.tbl
Config.ini
rkBackup142.reg
rkBackup2.reg

I am operating from my TaskManager / Create a new task.
