Difficult to explain. Windows 2000 client not on a domain..Logging on locally as the admin. Windows Explorer crashes when copying or pasting files from c:\document and settings. Cutting and pasting from any other directory does not cause the problem. Error is Event ID 26 and explanation is Windows encountered and unexpected error.
