corrupt txtsetup.sif file with RIS (W2K)

Hi,

I have recently ripped an image off a Toshiba Portege R100 laptop using Riprep from RIS. My problem is that when i try to install the image back onto the latop i'm presented with the error message:

INF file txtsetup.txt is corrupt or missing, status 21.

Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit

I have looked around on the net for a solution but this also seems to be a problem for users trying to isntall from CD (XP Pro).

I'm at my wits end with this and can't seem to get any closer to a solution, any help guys would be appreciated.

With windows 2003 if you replace the answer file then RIS loses the path to a mirror

In the answer file the part at the bottom refers to a mirror of the install files, if you cut paste another file then the path is lost. To fix it restore your riprep.sif from the recyle bin and make changes to that.

I'm not sure if this will be the same with W2K, but hope it helps
