administrative (W2K)

i am sitting here at work and my Windows Media Player has some how deleted itself. i have it backed up on a CD but when i try to install it the computer asks for administrative privliges. how can i bypass this?

Are you sure the application has been deleted or removed? Perhaps the shortcut has been deleted.

Open the Run Command line (Start>Run) and type wmplayer.exe and hit return. Hopefully media player will open.
