User rights (WXP-Pro)

I have Win XP Pro. I also have multiple users on the computer.Does anybody know how can I do something so only the Admin can install apps, change users passwords, and have access to specific apps. For example I want only the admin to have access to some drive. when I right click on that drive => properties => permissions, It is all grayed out.

An "Administrator" account is the only type that can do the things you describe. What you have to do is make all the other users "Limited" account holders and also make sure the Guest account is turned off.
