create/delete in C:\WINNT (W2K)

Is there away to give a restricted user rights to create and delete only one specific file in the C:\WINNT folder?

Hi

Right click on the file and then go to properties and then on to security.

You will be able to assign delete rights under Advanced. Remember to uncheck the box for inheriting rights from parent folder.

Thanks but that doesn't work. when a program opens it delets and then recreates the file opwclip.432. even if i give the person rights to create and delete the file each time the program opens it clears those right because deletes the ole file and then creates a brand new one.
