Control Panel (WXP-Pro)

Hello Everybody
I need little help with WinXP Prof Edition. I have few user accounts in my computer only one of them is administrator and rest all are Limited accounts. I want to disable Control panel access to the Limited account users.

can any body help me in the query plz ?
