Reinstall IIS on Windows 2003 Web Edition (W2K)

I've installed a third party product on my server that has basicaly corrupted my inetpub folder/s. Is ther a way to uninstall and reinstall IIS so that the Inetpub gets recreated? Mind you this is a Windows 2003 Web Edition server.

This can be achieved in exactly the same way as any other edition.

Add/Remove Windows Components
