I've posted this in the hardware forum aswell.

I've just bought a Barton 2800 and would like to know what multiplier and FSB settings will give me the most stable results. I know it runs at 2083Mz, but what is the best combination to use to give me this and what will give me the best performance?

Any advice would be appreciated!

To get the 2.083GHz performance simply follow the settings in the motherboard manual. You will need the proper speed memory such as PC2700 or PC3200, don't know that PC2100 is fast enough. My AMD Athlon XP 2600+ needs PC2700 RAM and I get the full 2.13GHz [not a Barton].

You might also peruse the www.overclockers.com Web site.
