My girlfriend's Aunt doesn't really know a whole lot about computers, and now she wants me to try to fix her internet connection, but it has about 6 months worth of computer illiterate people usage on it, so its not really workin for me
She has Verizon DSL, and connects online through MSN Explorer. She wants it to connect through Internet Explorer. So far, I have it so that it will physically connect to the internet through the network connection thingy. But IE wont like..pick up the signal like.
The only part that is wierd for me is that the internet needs a username and password to connect, unlike the always on Comcast I'm used to.
I was just wondering what I should do so that it will connect through IE...if thats still possible.
