How to add & on the right click IE context menu for the Save Target As (WXP-Home)

I desperately need to place a hot key on the IE right click context menu for the Save Target As button. I know that all is required is to insert a ampersand & in front of the letter to make it hot, but I can't find it in the registry. I have searched all Keys for the Save Target As but cannot find it anywhere.
I am referring to the existing Save Target As... on the right click of the IE when over a link.

I thought it would be under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt but I can't find it.
