How can I build HLP files?

I can help, I can help!!!
First, learn the RTF stntax (version 1 or so).
Then, get a help compiler from microsoft.
Then, spend many hours trying to figure out how to build a help file. It's a BIG pain in the ***.

ALso, Borland has it's own help file explaining RTF statements to be used, etc. Borland help files are, for some reason, easier to understand than microsoft's........
