Run Regedit.exe
Go to the Key you want to rename
Right click then select rename on the menu
Type the new name you want.

Yes that's true, but what i didn't mention when writing in a hury was that i want to do it from command line!

Does someone know a solution for that?

Use the command line switches/syntax for regedit.exe hint: you'll find such a list in the tips area of this website

Well..you can't do it with regedit command line options. There is no switch for renaming a key..That's why i asked a solution for my problem from this messageboard!

I'm still waiting for good advices!

That's true if there are values under that key--otherwise you can use regedit to delete the empty key and create a new one. That's what I was talking about.
