Are there any registry keys that can disable right click on taskbar or remove the taskbar entirely?

NoSetTaskbar will disable right-click properties, but that's all. If that's what you want, do a search for the numerous posts here that answer that very question

I had used that entry, but that only disables the properties box. It still allows access to explorer through 'toolbars'. A key to disable that would be great.

Do kill the taskbar, you must first understand what you are killing. I'm assuming you're talking about the bar with the Start button. If so....

This is not so required part to Win9x. To kill, though (why in the hell would you want to), you need to kill it's mommy. Actually, you need to define a new shell program. The old Win31 ProgMan.exe should do nicely.

To change the shell, go into system.ini (type sysedit in the Run thingy) and search for shell= under the [boot] heading. (it should be close to the top). Change Explorer.exe to whatever you want. But note, make sure it's a program that has a ShutDown option. Or you'll load Windows and be stuck, pretty much.
