Posted two help requests for a problem I have and although it tells me that an email will be forwarded confirming receipt, this has not happened. It also tells me that I can monitor my query but there does not seem to be any way to do this. Could someone please look at ticket numbers 4626-3685-87 and 7770-7795-17 and come back to me? My order No is 56307095. Thanks.

I have found exactly the same problems.:mad:
But when eventually they answered, it has solved my problems.
I too cannot find any way to get a look at the tickets. (no way to get to them from home page etc.):confused: Unless one is smart enough to save the address in bookmarks when you first enter the request.
Please put in a link to tickets at home page.:)

I also have the same problem, ticket number is 8469-9952-93.
Please send link to that ticket so I can check progress.

Hi guys, after you sent your support message, you will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly, please record the ticket number ****-****-** for future reference with your inquiry.
You can also view the current progress of your message at any time by visiting the ticket status page. And by all means please ask us about your Ticket status over phone or by email so support guys can assist you better.

I am a registered user of Registry Mechanic and Spyware Doctor.
Unfortunately I am unable to give you my license and order details
they being on the computer I am unable to use. My problem is with
Registry Mechanic which I have been using for some time. I'll never
know what prompted me tu use the compact the registry function and
I sincerely wish I hadn't done so.Anyway, the problem occurred when
I restarted the machine. All I got was a blank screen when trying to
restart in last working configuration. The other start up options gets
me a list of drivers (?) so:
multi(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\windows\System32\DRIV ERS\PCIIDEX.SYS, etc.
I can send you the whole list if you wish. Please help. Thank you very much.
