Max Connection

I have a NT 4.0 Workstation that is used as a server. Recently the shares on this machine are used so heavily, that it has Maxed out on Connections. I then remembered that NT WS only allowed 10 simultaneous connection at a time and NT Server 10+. I won't get approval to convert the WS to a Server, so I wondered if somebody know a REG-setting to allow 10+ connections on a NT Workstation?
