I download some IE5 Components from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/previous/default.asp
1-Web Accessories
2-Toolbar Wallpaper
3-Web Developer Accessories
after installation when I open outlook express 5 or IE5, both working not correctly some time hang up and after almost 30 seconds its working correctly but with in a couple of minutes this problem should be again & again, I remove all three components but problem is continue, but when I open other application they working correctly between hanging IE5 or outlook. one other thing i note after installation my IE5 & outlook working slow.
