hostname capture from client into webpage (WXP-Pro)

hey i'm a coprorate administrator and we have a corporate desktop with a standard wallpaper in html with announcements, we also have a button to repord problems, now i would like to display the hostname of the client on that desktop and also in the form that the user fills out, how do i do this? we run a windows server 2003 + windows xp network

This is a very slick program that may do exactly what you are wanting and its free.

Also while at this site don't leave without picking up the suite of tools called PSTOOLS. You'll find these tools VERY valuable for remote administration of equipment. These are also free.
