MPEG JOIN (W98)

I HAVE UPGRADED TO INTERNET EXPLORER 6 AND WINDOWS MEDIA 9 AND I FIND THAT MY MPEG JOINER PROGRAMS NO LONGER WORK. MPEG JOIN EXE DOES NOT REGISTER MPEG AND DVT TOOLS PLAYS FIRST SEG ONLY WHAT IS CAUSING ISSUE?

Your MPEG joiner programs were installed prior to upgrading those components, so simply reinstall them. If reinstalling doesn't work, download a newer version of them.
