win95 help (W95)

when i start my computer it says starting windows 95 IDO- ok
then the screen blinks and all i get is a command prompt c:> what do i do i need to start win but dont know how

At the C: prompt type WIN and press Enter. If Win95 won't then start you may have to re-install it.
