open attachments greyed-out (WXP-Home)

OE6 Options-Security- "do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that may potentially be virus", is ticked and greyed-out. How do I uncheck this option. Thanks.(not administrator issue)

Found answer in registry Local Machine-Software-MS-OE-BlockExeAttachments changed Dword Value to 0.
