Registry editor (W98)

During start up of Windows 98 on my pc. A window pops up entitled Registry Editor, it states the following...cannot import c:\system.reg: error opening the file.There may be a disc or file system error.

I usually click the ok in the window and it dissapears until I start up again.
Can anyone tell me how to prevent this window from popping up again..

Look in your Start, Programs, Startup folder for a reference to it and delete it. Seems to be a virus/worm [or the remnants of it] at work. Also, Start, Run, and type msconfig, see if there and uncheck it.
