comdlg32.dll (W98)

Hello everyone

When my computer starts, i get this error :

comdlg32.dll
file is linked to missing export shell32.dll : 645


I tried to download and replace comdlg32.dll from the internet but doesnt work.
Error still there. Although i can work normally, but i want this to go, because i've lost my Windows CD and can't install it again.

Maybe you should replace shell32.dll as well.
