Active Directory Script for Group Membership (W2K)

Does anyone have a decent script that can pull a list of members from a group in Active Directory? I can see the members of any group, but can't pull a list (*.csv, *.txt, or ???).

Any response will be greatly appreciated. brett.snow@eds.com
