Hi there guys,
How can I know whether I'm traced or not?

means: spying

what u doing, where r u going, how many times u open your e-mail, ...

or even taking things from your computer while u r connected to the internet

stuff like this

If you have an 2k/XP you can see a list of all running processes, or in Computer Management you can see all the loaded modules. The spying programs are fairly well known and you can find them in the lists.

Any sypware will have to report back to the mothership. If you run a software firewall on the system it will report to you what is trying to access the net and where it is trying to go.
