Hi! I'm trying to view an XML page and the IE doesn't show anything. Can anybody help me out?
I tried it on several other machines (XP Pro and Win98) and it showed fine. Thanx...

Why don't you send us a link to an XML page so we can see what you are up against. /images/forums/icons/smile.gif

here is the link: <a target="_blank" href=http://www.math.uah.edu/stat/prob/index.xml>http://www.math.uah.edu/stat/prob/index.xml</a>
please check it out and tell me if you can see it. As I said, I can see it fine on every other computer I've checked tried, except on my XP Home one.

I can see it, all the links and sub-links I tried worked and the Sun Java applets worked. I did have an "Error on page" notice displaying on the far left side of the status bar but it didn't seem to impede using the page.

One more thought. Check in File Types (Tools &gt; Folder Options) scroll down to XML file extensions, click or double click it and make sure they are set to open with Internet Explorer. If not, change it.

No, it wasn't that. Anybody else got any ideas? I forgot to mention that it does open SOME XML pages, maybe it has to do with a plugin it uses, called MathML. Thanx anyway Tom. If anybody else thinks of something, please say.../images/forums/icons/frown.gif

I got the same results as Tom did.

When I clicked on a link I was prompted to install the plugin. I did not.

Try going to IE Tools, Internet Options, Advanced and place a check next to "Disable script debugging" Click Apply and Ok.

Just an idea.
