Favorites Links (W98)

Recently had a problem with homepage hijacking.
Ran the Spy Bot S&D, Spy Blaster and Ad Aware 6
which seemingly solved the problem. However, I still have a Folder labeled Links in my Favorites that keeps reappearing even though I have deleated it several times.

The "Links" folder in your favorites that you speak of, is kind of a default with IE. If you delete it IE just recreates it.
Nothing to worry about there.

Right-click by your address/tool bars and you'll see an option to show the contents of the "Links" folder in IE. That's part of the reason why it keeps bringing the folder back.

Josh is correct.

Personally I use only the Links bar. It keeps my links right in front of me organized into 10 separate folders.
I do not even use 'Favorites'.

Just a personal preference.
