Missing Task Scheduler (W98)

I am trying to figure out how or where to get the "add scheduled task" wizard back in C:\windows\tasks folder. Any help?

On My Computer open Sheduled Tasks Program and click Advanced Menu and click Start Using Task Shedule

Thanks for your reply CHMK. I didn't find what I was looking for in the advanced tab. The "add scheduled task" icon must have been deleted from the C:\windows\tasks folder. Without that wizard I can't add any tasks manually like running batch files at startup.
Anyone have any suggestions??
