keyboard presets (W2K)

I want to preset in the registry so that a french user gets a french keyboard layout at the alt ctrl del screen. I know where the reg to do it I can't remember what the keyboard preset switch is for french keyboard layout

You want to mess with HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Keyboard Layout\Preload
