Restoring a tweak (WXP-Pro)

I disabled the windows key and that worked fine. When I go into Tweak Manager to restore the tweak, the box is unchecked even though the tweak is still applied. I've tried both checking and unchecking the box and restarting but to no avail. How to I get the Win key back?!?
