I have XP Pro as OS and IE 6 with all patches on my computer. Under administrators account IE works fine. Under users accont, without adminstrators rights, the computer gives the error unable to display page. IP address is OK and DNS resolution works fine. I installed Opera browser and it works fine under any account. Something wrong with IE.
