right click start button (WXP-Pro)

i want to remove/delete some now discarded programs which appear still when i right click the start button

i understand how to completely disbale right click start button but i don't want to do that

i understand how to remove right click from folders desktop etc

just would like to know how to eleiminate some programs that appear when i right click start button - like winrar

How do you completly remove right click from the start bar. i can always right click on programs and explore. How do you stop Explore and Explore all users
