ISP Connection Established but can not surf (WXP-Home)

I am having a problem on my computer. I uses a dial up ISP which does connected but still couldnt browse in any pages. Does anyone knows what the problem is or maybe theres a virus or trojan causes this. Help_Help.mp3

Are you using a software firewall? If so, please give its name and how you have it configured.

For example, Outpost Pro v2.x allows designated programs to be blocked access, outbound. Usually the firwall will pop-up a warning concerning outbound connections, as well as inbound. As a result, you may have inadvertently instructed it to block your browser.

Typically, your firewall allows this type of blackage, since you would not want all programs to have outbound access.

Careful examination of your firewall setting may reveal that you have indeed set it to do so.
