What does this warning mean:

You are seeing a message because some program is tracking your internet activity.

If it is a pop-up, just ignore it.
It's just an annoying ad meant to scare you.

I run NAV/AVG, a firewall, and I scan regularly with AdAware and Spybot S&D.
So I'm pretty sure that there's nothing "tracking" me, and I see those too.

That is just an ad, there is another that open your CR-ROM, it is real bad, try to use pop-up blockers like to stop pop-up ads. I will post to you the link of one of them.
