Auto log off from server (WNT)

Is there a way to, after a period of time (say 1 hour) automatically log off a user who forgot to log off from their workstation before they left? Is it done from the server or from the client? I would like to implement this on all clients in a school computer lab.
Windows NT 4.0 server (PDC) and Win 98 clients.

You can use the Winexit screen-saver utility in the Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0 Resource Kit or the Microsoft Windows 2000 Server Resource Kit to automatically log off users after a period of inactivity.
