Dialup Properties (W2K)

Does anyone know where I will find the properties of the dialup in order to allow users to change phone numbers in the properties when traveling or create a new dial up when necessary. By default users do not have permissions to access the properties of the dialup.

To get to the properties for dial-in, go to the user you want to grant dial-in. Right click Select edit and click dial-in.
