Hibernate shortcut and other shortcuts (WXP-Home)

Hey I was wondering how I could put some shortcuts onto my desktop...... and if possible I would like to have the exact same icons for these shortcuts as on Windows XP Home Edition when you click Start------>Shutdown or whatever hehehe....
Here is what I want,

Hibernate
Shutdown
Restart
Logoff
Standby

Icons are in Shell32.dll (default after clicking Change Icon in shortcut properties. I can send you the icon for reboot, unless someone else knows where it is)
Create shortcuts to the following commands:

Shutdown: shutdown.exe -s -t 00
Reboot: shutdown.exe -r -t 00
LogOff: logoff.exe

Standby and hibernate...no clue. Sorry!
