I'm actually a Mac person, but ScanSoft no longer makes this software for Mac, so I needed to acquire a Windows machine. OmniForm is a fantastic, powerful program that allows the user to scan in a form, and then fill in the data spaces, and then print it out. It has a very easy, fairly intuitive interface, and has a very good paper manual.
