Adding option to Context Menus

I have a Windows based File - Splitter.I want to
have a option in context menus called "Split file" whenever i right click on any file.How
can we do this ?? please help

You should have searched before posting this. Look up the hint about adding Notepad to the context menu for every file. You'll be doing something similar.

I dint find the help related to the query i had
