Autolaunch question (WXP-Pro)

Hello,

I was wondering if anybody could help me out. I use a mail program called The Bat. I set it as a startup item to load every time the windows starts, but I would like it to start in system tray, not maximized every time. The program supports system tray option and goes there if its minimized. So my question is, what do i enter in target so it load minimized/in system tray?

3 boxes below the target window in the shortcut is a window called "Run". Set that to "minimized".

Just a point of clarification:

If the program starts because it is in the registry Run key (shows up in msconfig startup list) then delete it from there (or uncheck in msconfig). Then create a shortcut to the executable in your Startup folder and modify as Brf shows.
