when I disconnect from my ISP and later reconnect, the connection doesn't work. I checked the Task Manager under the Network tab and there is an additional connection and it's "non-operational", and that's when my new connection fails. Each time I disconnect I have to check to see that there are no non-operational network adapters in the Task Manager. Otherwise I have to reboot if I plan to reconnect again later. That's extremely annoying... Anyone have an answer
When its working there is a listing for my satellite card - operational and my dialup - connected. I disconnect or the dial up cuts off after 8hr limit and the dialup state changes to non-operational. I reconnect and there is a second listing for the dialup this one operational but the connection doesn't work. A restart fixes but has to be done before every reconnection.
