I am fairly positive that you will have to set each machine. Is it possible for you to run active directory? If so, you can set the restrictons that you wish on the domain so that it applies to all your computers or to a group of computers that you wish.

you may try to save the policy to your floopy drive and try to export it to the other computer

Exporting things out of group policy just gives you a text readout of what is available within the folder that you are in when you try the export. There is no real information stored in that text file, so importing it will do you no good.

I am pretty sure you can create a template and apply it in mass. I searched Google for "local Policy Template" and found this result from Microsoft. Apply a security template to local policy
I would suggest you try the same the resulting document is complex with links.
