we use java to develop the identity event plugin.
while we have some problem in setting the classpath.
whenever we change the classpath, oblix identity server doesn't see this change even if we restart the identity server. only after restart the computer, does identity server see the new classpath.
on windows 2000 sp4, we see the problem,
on windows 2000 sp2, we don't see the issue.
