import registry for non-admin users

I would like to know if it is poosible to import a
registry file when a non-admin users is logged in. If yes,
how. Please help.

If disable registry tools policy is not enabled, normal user can import reg files. Of course, he/she cannot update most HKLM keys, only HKCU keys.
