hi to all
how could we establish a connection between two computer using tenet program witch is a part of
windows me ,xp operation system.
how could we establish a voice conversation using this program?
how could we transfer filesusing this program?
what are the main commands of the telnet program?

You don't want to use telnet. It is of limited utility and not secure. Use a VPN connection to create a virtual network that includes the two computers. Then file transfers, VNC connections, and other interactions behave exactly the same way as if the computer were on the same LAN.
