Outlook 2002 on XP Pro. I use outlook while VPN'd into a domain at work but my machine is NOT part of that domain. Outlook therefore prompts for Domain PW. Worked fine before I changed my Domain PW for the first time after being prompted by Outlook. Now Domain PW works fine, but Outlook wont authenticate using a known good domain uid & pw. It's as iff outlook and the domain are out of sync or that even though outlook is prompting for uid &pw, It's using some cached value somewhere.
Need to know how to either remove the cached PW from the registry or do a clean Outlook install. Already removed Protected Storage passwords and validated they were gone. A virgin installation of outlook on a new machine works.
Any ideas?
