There's always an error message when I start my Windows Media Player (v7). Help me, please. Thanks!

What does the error mesage say? That would help loads.

If an older version of media player was not extracted properly you may be having a program conflicting problem. Try installing windows media player 9 and see if that resolves the problem it removes older versions during install.
