???Internet Optimizer (W98)

Recently only my attention was drawn to a program called Internet Optimizer which is resident in the memory. I wish to know if this comes with Internet Explorer OR is it some third-party software? It is not listed in the Add/Remove programs. It has its own folder in Program Files. How do I uninstall this program?
If anyone can throw some light on this I would be very grateful.

If it is not the same one then you may want to have a look amongst the <a target="_blank" href=http://www.google.com/search?q=Internet%20Optimizer>Google search results</a> for the one you have. Their page may provide the removal instructions.

Thanks a lot for the help. I really had a hard time removing it. Because the moment I tries to click on the link u provided, the page would be immediately be replaced by the optimizer. but i managed it somehow. thanks a lot again.
