Server 2003 w/DSL (NET)

I have been racking my brain trying to get the PC's on my network to see the internet with DSL. When I had a cable modem the IP binded to a NIC, I gave the other NIC a 192.*.*.* address and ran it to the hub and the others could get to the net. With DSL, it has that PPPOE adapter so I have one NIC with 169.*.*.* and the other as 192.*.*.* and the 3Poe adapter has the IP from the ISP. How do I get ths to work w/out a router. Just using the DHCP server on Server 2003.
