Hello everybody:

I'm disabling the control panel in order to not allow users from changing the wallpaper image. But they can still can do it from Internet Explorer right clicking the mouse on an image. How can I disable this too?

What OS are you using? Are you on a network with a domain? Some more information would be useful.

Add a key called "ActiveDesktop" in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies ... then Add this DWORD value "NoChangingWallPaper" to the key and turn it ON "1"
